What We Do
ACCOUNTING
- Bookkeeping with identification of accountable events and transactions based on available documents in coordination with clientss
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable handling, including preparation and issuance of official receipts and sales invoices, vouchers, and if applicable, Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax
- Interim and annual financial statements preparation, including regular bank reconciliation, updating of books of account, year-end closing of accounting books, and assistance in filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
- Coordination with external auditors for interim and annual audit of the financial statements of clients, assistance in audit fieldwork, third-party confirmation, auditor’s queries, and resolution of audit issues and concerns
- Payroll processing, including remittance of contributions and filing of statutory reports with the Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Commission (PHIC), and Home Development and Mutual Fund (HDMF)
TAX COMPLIANCE
- Monthly, quarterly and annual tax return preparation, including Income Tax Return, Value-Added Tax Return, Percentage Tax Return, Withholding Tax-Expanded Return and Withholding Tax-Compensation Return, and filing with the BIR, in full compliance with eBIR and EFPS tax payment system
- BIR eServices Compliance
- Assistance in tax audit and assessment concerns
- Information Return preparation and filing with the BIR involving replies to specific queries on client transactions
- Basic advice on how to treat day-to-day and simple non-recurring transactions to minimize tax exposures and payments
ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER SERVICES
- Business registration, local business permits and licenses, structured statutory reports, such as:
- Barangay clearance, city/municipal licenses, business permits and other local government permits
- Community Tax Certificate and Professional Tax Receipt
- BIR Registration and registration of books of accounts
- SSS, PHIC, and HDMF registration
- Cash handling involving custody of funds, cash and check payments, and opening and maintenance of bank accounts in accordance with client’s instructions
- Liaison with relevant government agencies such as the SEC and BIR and compliance with their requirements
- Property management, including collection of rentals payments, payment of real estate taxes and related accounting
- Business mailing addresses, mail receipt and forwarding telephone and facimile services
